KVT Bielefeld GmbH was founded in the year 1981. The increasing use of thermoplastics in all branches of industry constantly requires new solutions for technical joining tasks.
KVT Bielefeld is meeting these demands by means of innovative development work on known and new welding methods. Today, KVT Bielefeld is working with seven different welding methods.
KVT Bielefeld fulfils all requirements for efficiency, process safety, reliability and quality assurance with this variety of methods.Practical experience provides the subsequent proof for correct project management. The performance and reliability of the welding machines show themselves here. Low-maintenance machines in conjunction with innovative control concepts reduce the service time and effort to a minimum. The number of experienced employees has increased continuously since 1981.
Thereby, process demarcations have been consciously avoided so that technical application competence exists today in the individual departments.
The well functioning teamwork makes spontaneous reactions to customer wishes and short-term realisation of orders possible.
As well as technical welding trials, the development and design of the joining zones geometry on parts to be welded is done in collaboration with the design engineering department. Thereby, the needs for subsequent series production tools and technical machine requirements are also established. This service creates the solid foundation for subsequent production start-up and series production.
Intensive collaboration between KVT Bielefeld and the customer starts with the definition of the joining task. Here, all issues of styling and material selection are discussed and solutions developed. Technical production needs are taken into account and a suitable machine concept is proposed. Supported by technical process examinations and constructive support, a project-specific problem solution is developed whose implementation results in a reliable production facility.
